Blaire’s Bling does not offer returns or exchanges.

When ordering rings be sure to choose your correct ring size. Blaire’s Bling is not responsible if you chose the wrong ring size. If you do not know your ring size, there are tutorials on Youtube that will show you how to measure your size.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact Blaire’s Bling, with photos of the damaged product, and we will take care of it ASAP.

Please double check that your address is correct before checking out. If a package is marked as return to sender, you will have to pay the shipping fee ($4) for me to ship out your package again. The only way you won’t have to pay the shipping fee is if I wrote the address incorrectly when creating the shipping label.

Missing Packages: No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 8 business weeks after the shipment date. The tracking information that is provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they are handed off to the mail carrier. I only know as much as you do which is the status shown on the tracking number.

International Orders: I offer international shipping at a flat rate of $16 USD. International customers are responsible for paying custom fees that may be required by your country. If you decide not to pay the fee, the package will be returned to me. You will receive a refund once the package is back in my hands. This refund will not include the $16 shipping fee that was paid at checkout.

Blaire’s Bling jewelry is tarnish resistant and will not turn your fingers green. If you experience a ring turning your finger green, you are likely allergic to the metals our rings are made with. Please read each listing description to see what materials are used for the product you are purchasing.

Each order comes with a polishing cloth and a jewelry care card. Please be sure to read the jewelry care card and follow all of the instructions. Use the polishing cloth to make your bling shine.
